Transport equipment and vehicles

Fleet OptimumCargo and its partners are equipped with a monitoring system and can offer all types of trailers: Standard (90 m³), Mega (100 m³), Jumbo (120 m³). If a specific transport requirement occurs through our partner network, we can offer you the opportunity to choose a specific vehicles that suit your needs and the needs of your clients.

Forwarding

In the wake of the transport we will organize all the necessary forwarding services. Among those include the short-term storage of the goods, with the possibility of reloading according to the requirements.

Documents and administration

Our staff will ensure you verify and send immediately all the necessary documents. These documents include the following:

• Acknowledgement of receipt of the shipment FCR.
• Traffic and transport documents and accompanying documents
• Documents of acceptance and transfer of the consignment from the principal, carrier, storekeeper
• Mailing acknowledgment for tax purposes

Storage

For quick and operational deployment we have lorry depot with an area of 3,500 m2 warehouse in Malacky.
It is used for the storage of empty containers for making and slip compensation during production when the full and empty is ordered separately.

Security

At the same time we are able to provide a conclusion or negotiation of insurance and freight security. In case of any damage during shipment, we will fully and immediately available to provide escorts of your items.
